About
I learned transport on the ground, and I build technology to fix the problems I've watched cost fleets money, time and lives.
My work comes down to one idea: transport that is safe, on time and in full, run by systems that catch problems before they become incidents.
My career began in Ghana with a grounding in mechanical engineering, road safety and driver training. Since then I've led driver administration teams, headed an IT function through an ERP rollout, designed Nigeria's first large-scale women truck-driver programme, and run technical academies and maintenance operations.
Along the way I became the person who built the dashboards. Today I lead a technical academy, and through GABCEL Labs I build fleet analytics, workflow automation and practical AI for operators across Sub-Saharan Africa.

From national-scale training to control-room software. Client names are withheld where the work is confidential, and demos run on synthetic data.
Architect of the programme run in partnership with Lafarge Africa. I led its design, strategy and implementation, opening professional truck driving to women and building a pipeline that still runs today.
Turns raw telematics events into driver and vehicle risk scores, raises prioritised alerts and records how every alert was handled, on a wall display for operations teams.
